2. Transact only to our admin staff we assign to you. As you SEND PRIVATE MESSAGE we will reply and you will know who is assign for you, so that if you want to follow up your order we can easily send feedback or updates to your shipment within 24 hours.
3. We will send also the quotations, inform you if we have special promo, discounts and the details of how you will pay the items you order. We don't post any of our payment details here to avoid online scammed.
4. After sending the payment, kindly send the picture of your receipt or deposit slip through PRIVATE MESSAGE, we keep all information confidential, so expect that we will NOT post any information on the wall concerning your identity to protect our security.
5. We will verify it less than 30 minutes and send your order to our courier partner. If you pay today between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time it will be delivered within the day for Metro Manila (near to our office Robinson Galleria) depending the availability of our deliverymen, if outside Metro Manila we will send asap to our courier partner and you will receive the following day. If you pay today within 5:01 PM to 7:00 PM will be consider next day transactions.
6. FREE delivery will be case to case basis, depending on the volume of your order or promo. We also do meet ups near Robinson Galleria or MRT Stations, Malls depending the availability of our deliverymen.
7. International deliveries have shipping fees. It will depend on the country you want it to be delivered. It would take 3-7 days depending on the country.
8. NO minimum order quantity required.
